We are new, and looking for our first restaurant groups
We started 1 Gram because most kitchen decisions get made in the middle of a rush, with no numbers in front of anyone.
Why we started
Every restaurant's POS knows exactly what sold and when. Yet the cook still sizes the batch by habit, and nobody knows what that cost until the month-end report.
We wanted those numbers to reach the kitchen when they matter: how much to cook, and when to start. And we wanted the manager and the owner to see what each decision earned or cost, in riyals, in a way they can check.
How we work
- Every screen ends in an action
- If a screen doesn't tell the kitchen what to do, it doesn't belong in the product.
- We only count what we can measure
- Savings wait for a manager to confirm them. Losses get their own number.
- The manager decides
- The system recommends and explains why. The manager approves or rejects, and any change to how forecasts work needs their approval too.
- Arabic from day one
- Every screen works in Arabic and English, and tax invoices come in both.
Where we are
The system works and you can try it today. We don't have customers yet. With the first restaurants we will work closely: we set up the branches together and change the product based on what your managers tell us. If you run one restaurant or several and this problem sounds familiar, get in touch.
